THE OBJECTIVE:
The challenge here lied within coming up with something completely new and innovative. We were asked to design the packages for a range of snacks with different flavors, all requested by a specific foreign market.

THE PROCESS:
By doing some research on the market and their sales, we realized there was a big lack of snacks that were related to characters. So we came up with the idea of creating a new character for each aroma of the snacks ( cheese, paprika, hot-dogs, salt and chicken grill). Each monster has his own personality, style, appearance and sends out a scary, funny, adorable message. The colors we used are vibrant and full of intensity and energy, just like the monsters and just like the flavors of the corn puffs. We wanted the consumers to identify and “compare” themselves with each monster of the flavor bags they’re enjoying, and wanted them to want to make fun of the monsters and see which friends they can compare the characters with.
THE RESULTS:
With every corn puff you taste, the explosion of flavors will be just as intense as your loving for the bags you eat them from. Simply charming! Attractive for kids, teens and grown-ups at the same time!
